Copy what has changed
Preview selected data, upload new or changed files, and verify transferred contents. Previously backed-up, unchanged files are skipped.
Work around your disk
Pause a backup when needed. If the source disk disconnects, the task waits for the original disk before continuing and checks the destination again.
Your account, your files
Limited access, explained plainly.
The application requests Google's drive.file permission to manage files it creates or files you explicitly grant to it. It reads your account email and storage quota to identify the destination and report available space.
Credentials stay in the local application configuration. Backup files transfer directly from your computer to Google Drive. This website does not receive your Google authorization tokens or backup files.
A personal desktop utility. Quant Data Backup is operated by Xavier Liang for personal research and is not a public cloud backup service. Access is initiated through the owner's local application; there is no sign-in or file upload on this website.
